Bakers/Pastry The work of a baker consists in the production of various bakery products. Tasks: - To treat and process raw materials and ingredients (flour, fats, sugar, yeast, water); - To make different doughs and mixtures according to the production recipe; - To shape dough and bakery products, pasta; - To make bread, puff pastry and other bakery products; - To produce and apply decorations on bakery products; - To clean, maintain and make simple repairs to the machines and equipment used in the pastry shop; - To store or sell the products. Responsibilities: In relation to the equipment and materials used: - Machines and equipment for manufacturing bakery products; - Large ovens, mixers, cutting and drawing machines, automatic production lines for pastry products, special rooms where the bread is left to rise, conveyor belts, forms for bakery products, weighing, own hands.
