8) Post jobs for modelling or talent or talent scouting positions on any YuhuJobs Site
9) Post any jobs, advertisements, and hiring methods on the website that are discriminatory or devoid of fair employment practice as per the applicable laws.
10) Use any YuhuJobs Site Resume Database for any purpose other than as an employer seeking employees, including but not limited to using the information in the Resume Database to sell or promote any products or services.

12) Post on any YuhuJobs Site any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership," distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement, or another business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment, pays Commissions only (except for job advertisements that explicitly state that the position pays commission only and that clearly outline the good or service that the applicant would be selling, in which case such postings are acceptable) call for the hiring of additional personnel members, sub-distributors or sub-agents
13) Send unsolicited mail or email, make unsolicited phone calls, or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and advertising of products or services to a user of any YuhuJobs Site.
14) Remove or alter any content posted by another individual or organization.
15) Initiate any action that places an unjustifiable or excessively heavy burden on the infrastructure of any YuhuJobs Sites.
16) Employ any data mining techniques, robots, or analogous data collection or extraction methods. Using or attempting to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other mechanism (including but not limited to browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search any YuhuJobs Site in addition to the search engine and search agents provided by the Company on such YuhuJobs Site is prohibited, despite any statements to the contrary in this document.

Professionals Connections is a feature YuhuJobs introduced to its website that enables the communication between Employers, their Recruiters, and Job Seekers through their individual YuhuJobs Accounts. This feature will help them in fulfilling career and job prospects.
Terms for Job Seekers:
Job seekers must only use the professional networking environment for career-related information, opportunities, and dissemination of that information through the network. They must not use professional networking to promote sales, marketing, gathering user information for specific purposes, or any other activity prohibited by these terms and the YuhuJobs website's Terms of Use & Privacy. As a job seeker, you are aware of this fact. You agree that if your YuhuJobs account is cancelled or terminated, all of your information in the Professional network will be marked as deleted in YuhuJobs databases and may also be deleted from those databases, as well as removed from any public areas of the YuhuJobs Sites.
Due to delays in propagating such deletion through YuhuJobs' web servers, information may remain accessible. Nonetheless, your connections and other parties may save copies of your data. Recruiters' Terms: On the YuhuJobs website, recruiters affiliated with the Company's paying clients, customers, and employers can construct their recruiter profiles, which YuhuJobs will register at its sole discretion. These recruiters can access their Company's YuhuJobs account as approved users (s). Users can post positions, search databases, update their Company's profile, and carry out other actions linked to recruitment for their business using their profile. They can maintain a close relationship with job seekers, who can follow them and learn about their activities.
As soon as their engagement with the relevant Company ends, these approved recruiters will no longer be allowed to represent the same account and will be entirely responsible for administering the Professional Networking profile. Nonetheless, such a recruiter will have a professional networking profile on YuhuJob's professional network that will feature their essential contact information and followers, which they may use to connect with any other YuhuJobs employer. If it comes to YuhuJob's attention or if it is otherwise known to YuhuJobs that it infringes and violates any third party's Trade Mark, copyright, or any other intellectual property right, it reserves the right to delete or remove any such individual authorized recruiters without notice.
14. Mobile Services
You are responsible for promptly updating your YuhuJobs account information if you change or deactivate your mobile account so that your communications are not delivered to the person who gets your old number. You agree that using your mobile access provider to access the YuhuJobs Sites will incur fees and require specific permissions. Therefore, the availability of the YuhuJobs Sites and the terms of these services for your particular mobile devices should be confirmed with your provider. The download or installation of the Program, or as it could be changed from time to time.

As a result, unwanted messages from third parties may, for which the Company is not liable. Using resumes by Employers who accessed your resume while it was stored in our database is not the Company's responsibility.
While the Company will try to restrict access to its resume database to Employers, it cannot guarantee that other parties won't be able to access it. Employers with access to our database may have kept a copy of your resume in their files or databases even after you remove it from the Web Site. The Company is not liable for resumes or profiles' storage, use, or privacy in these situations. When you register on the website, job search agents will be generated automatically, and you acknowledge, consent, and agree to this. Job search agents will automatically email you job possibilities using pre-selected search parameters.
