- is responsible for the prompt remediation of defects occurring in his sector of activity; - is responsible for the correct exploitation and maintenance of installations, machinery and equipment within its scope of activity; - responsible for the quality of the works performed; - is responsible for the preservation and maintenance of the endowment goods; - is responsible for compliance with the provisions of CCM, ROF, ROI, decisions and service notes within the unit.

The duties provided below in accordance with the ROF and the legislation in force are mandatory, the post holder having the responsibility for the promptness and correctness of their fulfillment. Salary level -I- - the preparation of auxiliary materials (minium lead, tar rope, hemp rope, etc.) and the making of gaskets; - making dowels, spacers and wooden plugs; - chiseling and piercing masonry and floors with manual tools; - preparation of plaster or cement mortars; - preparation and execution of soil patterns for sleeves, for water-channel installations; - cutting steel pipes manually or with mechanical means; - drying and heating the sand and filling the pipes with sand; - installation of WC seats, covers for cleaning parts and grates for general cast iron siphons; - execution in formation, together with highly qualified workers, of the assembly and installation of pipes, devices and objects; Other attributions: - to report to work according to the schedule; - to sign the condition of presence upon arrival and upon departure; - to respect working time and use it fully and efficiently; - to comply with N.G.P.M., N.T.S.M., P.S.I norms; - to wear the work and protective equipment only for the purpose for which it was intended; - to effectively participate in the planned maintenance and repair works (RT, RC, RK) as well as in the accidental ones in the sector; - brings to the attention of the boss directly all non-conformities found in the performance of the activity; - to ensure the preservation of the endowment goods; - to maintain cleanliness at the workplace; - to respect order and discipline at the workplace; - to constantly raise his professional qualification, to follow and graduate the improvement courses organized or recommended by the unit.
