Job Details
- prepares the dishes from the unit's menu in accordance with the standards in force; - assembles the dishes on the appropriate objects for serving and realizes the aesthetic elements of the dishes; - participates with supervision in determining the raw materials needed to be ordered and in making the supply orders; - takes orders from customers and ensures their service; - disposes and ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen; - ensures the implementation and maintenance of the standards of preservation and storage of products, semi-preparations and food preparations in compliance with the hygienic-sanitary norms in force. - is responsible for compliance with the quality standards of the preparations made and compliance with their execution deadlines; - keeping utensils and equipment in good condition; - compliance with the rules of hygiene and work safety; - the use of existing resources, exclusively in the interest of the company.
