1. to fulfill the work norm; a. receiving and taking note of the program or work order, work instructions b. receiving the materials, raw materials, tools and devices necessary for the execution of the work or the batch of products c. placing, controlling, fixing and removing devices and tools, as well as their adjustment in order to achieve the necessary work regime d. respecting the order and discipline at the workplace, the tasks given by the hierarchical bosses e. compliance with the prescriptions contained in the technical and technological documentation, in the norms, standards and work instructions regarding the rational use of the entrusted production capacities, the operating regimes of the machines, the quality of the products f. handing over the production made at the end of the batch or order g. the timely clearing of the workplaces of processed materials and waste, thus contributing to the removal of the causes of possible accidents and the unjustified occupation of some production surfaces, thus contributing to the uneconomical use of production spaces 2. efficiency in the execution of tasks and the correct fulfillment of tasks h. before starting the work: checking the equipment and preparing it for the execution of the task, thorough knowledge of the operation or the work to be performed, checking the existence in the work area of all the objects necessary to perform it, informing the service personnel of the lack of technical and material means and possible deficiencies in the functioning of the equipment i. during work: maintaining order at the workplace, supervising the good functioning of the machine and keeping it in working condition, signaling the service staff in time in case of deficiencies in the production process j. at the end of the work: placing the tools and devices in the cabinets or handing them over to the warehouse, cleaning and wiping the equipment, cleaning the entire workplace, handing over the workplace to the next shift (if applicable) 3. to comply with the internal rules and standards that establish mainly the technical conditions for making clothing, the rules and prescriptions regarding quality, characteristics, dimensions and other elements that define a product; 4. to respect the manufacturing technological process: -. the complete execution of the processing operations of the raw material, in order to transform it into a finished clothing product: - reception and storage - stenciling - the spanking - sectioning of the span
