Our Asian staffing agency is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for successfully leading and managing our local operations and promoting the growth and development of the company in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Effectively leading and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our branch, including the recruitment and selection of Asian candidates for our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners to identify new recruitment opportunities and ensure their satisfaction.
- Managing and supervising the local team, ensuring that the objectives are met and that the quality standard is met.
- Carrying out periodic reports and analyzes to monitor branch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Active participation in the overall development and expansion strategy of the agency in the respective region.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the field of Asian staff recruitment and in leadership or management positions.
- Deep knowledge of the local recruitment market and HR trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and partners.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Results orientation, entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other Asian languages is an advantage.
