Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented specialist to join our team as a Sales and Customer Relations Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, promoting our agency's services and obtaining recruitment contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers from various industries, conducting presentations and meetings to showcase our services and establish solid business relationships.
- Managing and developing relationships with existing customers, ensuring that they remain satisfied and do not use the services on an ongoing basis.
- Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, offering customized solutions and proposing appropriate recruitment services according to the specifics of each client.
- Negotiating and concluding recruitment contracts, ensuring that the terms and conditions are beneficial for both parties involved.
- Monitoring and reporting sales performance, tracking monthly and annual targets and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Working closely with the internal team, including the recruitment department, to ensure that client requirements and expectations are understood and met effectively.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer relations, preferably in recruiting or staffing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Results oriented and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to present our services in an attractive and convincing manner.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Solid knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
