Position: - 2 Thai chefs or with experience in Thai cuisine in the UAE - 2 assistant Thai chefs or with experience in Thai cuisine in the UAE Total number of workers required: 4 Location: Bucuresti Company activity: Restaurants Schedule: 5 days/week, 11 hours/day, 2 free days/week Salary: - Thai chefs: up to 1592 USD/month + 4 USD/day worked for food or meals included + accommodation - Assistant Thai chefs: 1062 USD/month + 4 USD/day worked for food or meals included + accommodation Tasks and responsibilities: Thai chefs: - create the menu - coordinates the kitchen team - selects the ingredients and the way to prepare the dishes - select suppliers - to prepare food according to established recipes - to ensure that the preparations comply with the quality standards - coordinate the work of the assistant cook and carry out the tasks given by the head chef - to ensure compliance with the storage standards of preparations according to the norms in force - keep kitchen equipment and utensils in good condition - to comply with the rules of hygiene and work safety - have a qualification course in the culinary field - to be organized and rigorous in terms of hygiene rules in public food - have the necessary knowledge to prepare the dishes included in the restaurant's menu
