Your Role:

As a Telesales Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential clients in Serbia, promoting our recruitment services.
• Service Presentation: Effectively communicating the benefits and features of our services, tailoring the message to meet client needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Establishing and finalizing business agreements with clients, ensuring that sales objectives are met.
• Relationship Building: Creating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through excellent service.
• Activity Reporting: Monitoring and reporting progress to the Sales Manager, including updating databases and managing leads.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience: Experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Serbian (advanced level) and English (intermediate level).
• Motivation and Energy: Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Results-Oriented: Ability to work independently, setting and achieving sales targets.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local Serbian market and recruitment trends is a plus.
