Two couples, the ladies will work on light housekeeping in homes/premises, the gentlemen will work as gardeners and provide space maintenance work. - Carrying out daily cleaning and maintenance of buildings and outdoor spaces; - Monitoring and maintaining in good condition the equipment and installations in the building; - Ensuring security and protection against fires; - Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance of equipment and installations; - Monitoring and maintaining in good condition the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; - Monitoring and maintaining in good condition the lighting systems and electrical systems; - Monitoring and maintaining in good condition the water supply systems and the sewage systems; - Monitoring and maintaining access control systems in good condition; - Monitoring and maintaining video surveillance systems in good condition; - Monitoring and maintaining alarm systems in good condition; - Monitoring and maintaining fire detection systems in good condition; - Monitoring and maintaining fire extinguishing systems in good condition; - Monitoring and maintaining in good conditions the flood protection systems; - Monitoring and maintaining in good condition the protection systems against earthquakes;
