Full Job Description

Receive materials from supplier, taking care to check supply codes, lot numbers and quantities received To open cargo containers, sort and catalog each type of product Arrange merchandise in assigned warehouse or shelf areas and maintain order Periodically take inventory, note in the production sheets the number of units available and report in a timely manner which stocks need to be replenished To verify registered orders, collect the necessary products from stock and prepare them for delivery To update the databases after each shipment of products Ensure that all access ways and transport aisles are clear to prevent accidents To know or learn to operate the machines provided by the employer To load and unload materials to be arranged, relocated or delivered with their help Maintain cargo handling equipment and machinery, inspect them before each use, according to internal regulations, and request their repair, if necessary To comply with all occupational health and safety rules and safety measures within the company
