Auto mechanic - Dismantling the necessary elements. Sorting recoverable parts and those for disposal. Throwing non-recoverable parts in containers. Arrangement of recoverable parts in a specific box, noted in OR. Checking the correspondence between the OR and the repair to be performed on the vehicle. Alerting the workshop manager in case unforeseen repairs need to be carried out. Preparing the list of necessary PS and comparing it with that of PS that, possibly, have already been ordered. Ordering additional PS. Reception PS. Protecting the vehicle and the area around it. Carrying out tinsmith repairs. Carrying out additional body work, requested by the client. Application of the first anti-corrosion treatments. Sending the elements and/or the vehicle to be treated to the painter. Recovery of the elements and/or the vehicle from the painter. Completion of the anti-corrosion treatment. Completion of overhaul. Taking the vehicle to the painter for possible touch-ups. Performing final quality control.
