Full Job Description

1. Performs repairs and maintains painting and masonry; 
2. Perform tiling works as well as roof maintenance works; 
3. Use manual and electrical tools; 
4. Ensures and is responsible for the good operation (in safe conditions and according to the operating regime) of the installations and equipment within the hospital; 
5. Brings to the attention of the hierarchical boss any malfunction/defect reported at the level of equipment and installations; 
6. Ensures and is responsible for the maintenance of the hospital buildings; 
7. Knows and respects labor protection rules, as well as those related to fire prevention; 
8. Wear protective equipment while working; 
9. Report to work as soon as possible, at the request of the superior; 
10. Responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment and for carrying out repairs according to requests from departments and services; 
11. Responsible for the use and keeping in good condition of the utensils that are in personal care as well as those that are used in common and store them in safe conditions; 
12. He is responsible for maintaining professional secrecy as well as for maintaining the secrecy of data and personal information held, or to which he has access as a result of the performance of his duties.
