Full Job Description

- To broom daily the building and the green space in front and behind the building - to wash the building at least once a week - to mature and/or wash the property as often as necessary (at least once a day) to remove traces of mud deposited as a result of the weather - to wipe the dust and cobwebs as often as necessary in order to maintain the cleanliness of the building; - to wash the windows and doors of the building as often as necessary in order to maintain the cleanliness of the building; - to ensure the cleanliness of the green area of the building (mow the grass, water the green area, collect the papers, branches, leaves, etc. from the green area whenever necessary) - to receive all the materials necessary to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance of the green space, the collection and disposal of household waste (dumpsters), having the obligation to ensure their preservation and use in good conditions
