Full Job Description
Food Preparation:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
Cooking:
- Cook and prepare elements of dishes as directed by the kitchen team.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish as necessary.
