Full Job Description

Food Preparation:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients under the supervision of senior chefs.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
  • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.

Cooking:

  • Cook and prepare elements of dishes as directed by the kitchen team.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Monitor food stock levels and replenish as necessary.
