Waiter: - Taking food and drink orders in an efficient and professional manner; - Giving due attention and ensuring irreproachable services to clients; - Knowledge of the menu so as to be able to provide competent information about the types of food, tableware and drinks in any situation; - Exemplary customer service; - Performing other current tasks assigned by the direct superior, in accordance with the immediate needs of the unit; - Assuming responsibility for the correctness of the preparation and collection of payment notes and handing over the amounts collected at the end of the shift to the head of the room. The presentation of the tax receipt and the payment note at each table; - Responsibility for the quality of the services offered.
